What will a hair transplant actually cost you?
Pick a region, method, and graft count. Estimates are pulled from real 2025–2026 clinic price lists, not aspirational marketing numbers.

United Kingdom: GMC-registered surgeons, strict aftercare, 12-month guarantees standard.
FUE: Follicular Unit Extraction. Individual grafts harvested with a punch. No linear scar.
Estimates only. Real clinic quotes vary by surgeon experience, hair characteristics, and consultation outcome. Get at least three quotes before committing — and verify the surgeon performs the procedure personally (not just “a technician”).
How to use these numbers
Cost-per-graft is the single biggest variable. Turkey typically lands at $0.70–$1.20 per graft, the UK at £3–£5, the US at $5–$10. A 2,500-graft procedure that costs £12,000 in London might cost $2,500 in Istanbul. That price difference is real, but so is the trade-off: aftercare access, surgeon credentials, and complication-handling all differ.
Don't pick a clinic on price alone. The cheapest Istanbul packages often use technicians for the actual extraction and implantation, with the named surgeon only supervising. That can be fine — outcomes are mostly about technique consistency — but verify it during the consultation.
