How to use these numbers
Cost-per-graft is the single biggest variable. Turkey typically lands at $0.70 to $1.20 per graft, the UK at £3 to £5, the US at $5 to $10. A 2,500-graft procedure that costs £12,000 in London might cost $2,500 in Istanbul. That price difference is real, but so is the trade-off: aftercare access, surgeon credentials, and complication-handling all differ.
Don't pick a clinic on price alone. The cheapest Istanbul packages often use technicians for the actual extraction and implantation, with the named surgeon only supervising. That can be fine , outcomes are mostly about technique consistency , but verify it during the consultation.
